Intro
Internet Privacy has become an increasingly important topic in the online world and we wish to clarify our position on this with this statement.
First and foremost, Trinos Vacuum Systems, Inc values your business and we appreciate your support. Therefore we will make sure under all circumstances that your dealings with us on this site and beyond are kept private. Furthermore, although it is necessary to collect some data, we want to make sure you understand why and what the benefits are for you. Beyond this, all data collected is only used within Trinos Vacuum Systems.

What is collected
We do not collect any individualized data on visitors on our site, but we do look at aggregate data such as "how many visitors per day" or "which pages were viewed most".
We only engage in active data collection when it comes to transactions or communications. If for example a customer wishes to order an item or wants to use the UPS tracking feature built into this site, then we must know that customer's name, pass-word, address etc. This type of data does not exceed normal transaction data as transferred in normal business transactions.

How is it collected
The most reliable tool for data collection and temporary storage on the internet is a "cookie". This is a small file which is saved on your computer in order to identify you as a customer if you are logged-in. This way, if you change a page or quickly want to use your browser for something else, our server still "recalls" that you are logged-in. As soon as you log out or as soon as a certain time has expired without any activity, that cookie is automatically deleted.

How is it used
Data collected from customers is used solely for transactions between Trinos Vacuum Systems and our customers. Data is under no circumstances sold to third parties. Data is not to be used by other entities than Trinos Vacuum Systems.
