Angle Valve from SMC, Pneumatic, FPM/FKM Shaft Seal

The valve plate shaft glides through a seal of FPM O-rings. This design is more robust than bellows-sealed designs for use with high gas flows, and switching times are approximately 10 times faster. Shaft-seal surface treatment and lubrication with vacuum grease greatly reduces particulate wear. The very large DN 100 and DN 160 sizes are available as standard products; however, these have a lower pressure range than bellows-sealed valves.
