Angle Valve from SMC, Solenoid

These valves are switched solely by electromagnetic forces. In the currentless state, a spring keeps the valve plate closed up to an overpressure of 1 bar. A coil lifts a magnet to open the valve. Switching capacity: approximately 47 W at 24 V. The supply voltage should be reduced to a 6 V holding level after approximately 0.2 second in order to prevent overheating.
