Ball Valve, Manual
Ball valves are very rugged and can be used both in medium vacuum environments and at overpressures of up to several tens of bars.
The limiting factor is usually small-flange outlet connections, as the industry standard restricts their use to overpressures of 1.5 bar and less.
In this valve, a metal ball with a through hole rotates 90° in a Teflon seat to open the full cross-sectional clearance.
