CF UHV-Gate Valve, stainless steel, made by VAT®
These stainless steel gate valves are suitable for UHV down to 10-10 mbar because of their metallic valve head which make them suitable for bake-out at higher temperatures. Only the valve plate is sealed with FKM. Actuation is achievied through
- Pressure range:
NW 16 - 50 CF: 10-10 to 2000 mbar;
NW 63 - 200 CF: 10-10 to 1600 mbar;
NW 250 CF: 10-10 to 1200 mbar - Differential pressure when opening: < 30 mbar
- Temperature range:
open: 100°C (212°F);
closed: 200°C (392°F);
pneumatic: 200°C (392°F) - Numbers of cycles to first maintenance: 50,000
- Seals:
Valve plate: FKM;
Valve head: metallic;
Actuation: bellow - Without position indicator or control valve
- Options: position indicator, control valve, addition KF adapter (e.g. bypass)
