HV Gate Valve from VAT^®, Aluminum

These aluminum gate valves from VAT^® are an economically priced alternative to stainless steel gate valves for high vacuum up to 10^-7 mbar. The manual operating system uses a knee lever up to DN 50, and a push rod for DN 63 and larger.

• Pressure ranges:
  16-50 ISO-KF: 10^-7 mbar to 1 bar;
  63-200 ISO-F: 10^-7 mbar to 1.6 bar;
  250-320 ISO-F: 10^-7 mbar to 1.2 bar
• Differential opening pressure: < 30 mbar
• Leakage rate: 10^-9 mbar l/s
• Temperature range: 100 °C for valve body, 80 °C for manual/pneumatic system
• Cycles to first maintenance: Up to DN 40: 50,000; DN 63 to 100: 200,000; DN 160 to 320: 100,000
• Seals: Valve plate, head and thrust rod: FPM (fluororubber)
• Without position sender, without control valve
• Options: Position sender, control valve, additional KF ports (e.g. for bypass)
