Modular Chamber Extension

The flange system of these chambers works without clamps or screws. Sealing of individual elements happens solely by gravity or by working pressure so that no screws or clamps are necessary. If you require a different flange system, you may choose between ISO-K, CH, COF, ISO-F or ASA flanges. Our chambers are compatibel with bell jar chambers offered by other companies.

• Temperature range: -50 to 100 °C (-58 to 212 °F)
• bakeable up to 150°C (302 °F)
