These Photoelectric Sensors are adapted to the special requirements of vacuum applications. Small installation size Nominal sensing range: 0.2 bis 500mm Temperature range: -10°C - 55°C Connection type: Teflon sheated cable Cable length: 1.5 m 2 different sensors available: Red One-Way photoelectric sensor with sender and receptor. Object recognition possible from <0.1mm to 500mm. Infrared reflection sensor with sender and receptor in one device. Object recognition possible from <0.2mm to 10mm.     one way light barrier reflection sensor The photoelectric sensors for vacuum use come with an open cable end. An electrical feedthrough (z.B.Multipin) conducts the signal through the chamber wall. On the atmosphere side, an amplifier transforms the signal to a logic signal. Per sensor, one amplifier is needed. Sensor, atomospheric cable and amplifier are available as set. Please order the signal feedthrough seperately.
